Omega-3 fatty acids

The essential Omega-3 fatty acids are important for their cardioprotective properties, for maintaining healthy cognitive function including helping to support healthy moods, and for their benefits on joint comfort and flexibility.

The best food sources for your Omega-3’s are fatty fish like cod, tuna and salmon, but they are also found in some plant sources like flaxseed, walnuts and soybeans. If your diet is already routinely high in these foods you can safely skip supplementing with them, but supplements won’t hurt.
